At Alfred, Ontario, Paul Baptiste Sauve and five of his children, aged from two to ten years, were burned to death to-day, when fire destroyed their harm homestead. Mrs Sauve threw her infant daughter into the snow and jumped with her eldest son, breaking both her legs. She may die.
