BACHELOR FLATS IN AUCKLAND CITY.
REFUSAL OF COUNCIL UPHELD BY BOARD. (Special to the “ Star.”) WELLINGTON, October 23. The Town Planning Board has upheld the Auckland City Council's decision in refusing permission for the erection of bachelor flats in the city, as the board considers the proposed building will not conform to recognised and approved town planning principles.
