(Special to the “Star.”) AUCKLAND, October 15. The Auckland branch of the Society for the Protection of Women and Children is calling a public meeting in regard to the Elsie Walker case. At a meeting of the society, general dissatisfaction was expressed with the reply by the Ministef of Justice to the society’s appeal for amended legislation to enable the reopening of inquests.
