SOME CYCLISTS ARE MENACE TO TRAFFIC, IT IS SAID.

The practice of some cyclists in riding a zig-zag course on the roadway was brought to the notice of the City Council last night. Ihe By-Laws Committee reported that the special traffic committee drew the attention of the By-Laws Committee to the fact that a considerable menace to traffic was caused through many cyclists not keeping to their correct side of the road, and making a practice of zig-zagging practically all over the road. The By-Laws Commit tee endorsed the special traffic committee’s opinion as to the danger of this practice, and decided to report the matter to the council with a view to seeking the cyclists’ assistance in .renting a continuance of this nuisance. The report was adopted.
