EXHUMED COFFINS DUMPED ABOUT SYDNEY CITY.
UNDERTAKER FINDS REMAINS TREATED WITH IRRL ERENCE. (United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received July 5, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 5. A representative of a city firm of undertakers, upon calling at the Town Hall to offer his firm’s services for the disposal of the human remains excavated from the old cemetery, on which George Street has encroached, discovered the coffins and their contents thrown on to trucks and dumped in different parts of the city. About forty coffins have been unone case a drill cut a coffin in Nialves.—Australian Press Association.
