CATS AND RABBITS WERE JUDGED TO-DAY.

The annual.show of the, Christchurch Poultry, Pigeon, Canary and Cut Club was continued this morning at the King Edward Barracks, when the cat and rabbit stections were judged. Commenting on the rabbit section, the judge (Mr G. Radford) said that the Angoras contained some beautiful specimens, but that the Chinchillas left a lot to be desired. If this.section were to improve, breeders would need to import better stock. The entries were, however, very tencouraging. The cat. (a new section) had made an excellent show.
