UNUSUAL CASES COME BEFORE POLICE.

TWO GIRLS ADMITTED TO PUBLIC HOSPITAL. Within a period of twelve hours, two girls were admitted to the ChHstchurch Hospital- one having been picked up unconscious outside the Hospital at 7.40 last evening, and the other found in a hysterical condition at Papanui early this morning. The condition of the girls is not serious. ft is stated that they are subject to fits. No allegations of assault have been made. On April 2, cases having somewhat similar features were reported to the police. A police officer remarked this morning that the cases were unusual. “ There must be something in the air, he said.
