The committee reported to the coun. cil last night that a reply has been received to the effect that the anodation was of opinion that all sections on fur. ther subdivisions in Spreydon should have a 50ft frontage. The Inc Sprey. don by-law provided for a 50ft front. age with an area of 30 perches in all new subdivisions. with the exception that sections in certain nemed streets which had been l-id out and formed prior to the by-law coming into {me should have 441': frontage and m perches, or if the area wu 40 pouches the frontage could be reduced to Wt.
