A farmers’ field day will be held at j the Ashburton Experimental Farm on | Tuesday, January S, the main object being to enable farmers to inspect the [wheat selections and the potato trials being conducted in connection with certification of seed. The party will meet at Ashburton in one of the halls iat 10.30 a.m., and the visit to the farm will take place at 1.30 p.m.
