ROYAL AIR FORCE FLAG PRESENTED TO FIRM.

A very pleasant function took place yesterday afternoon when the chairman of the North Canterbury Hospital Board, with the secretary, presented the ‘‘Royal Air Force Flag,” won in the recent raffle by the Tai Tapu Dairy Company, to the directors of the company in meeting. The intention of the company was explained. For the time being the flag will be held in the offices for inspection by friends and others who might be interested; and at a later date it will probably be determined what will be done with this valuable memento in the historic Tasman flight.
