Wheat cargoes in sympathy with the America market opened quietly and on a lower basis. Prices closed steadier. Quotations for steamers loading in December and January for Calcutta are 44s 6d. For parcels there is poor demand with prices occasionally lower. Parcels at ex Clan Mactaggart at Glasgow are quoted at 47s 10id.
