MURDER SUSPECTED IN QUEENSLAND CASE.
MAN, SHOT IN BACK, FOUND IN RIVER
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received December 6, 11.30 a.m.) BRISBANE, December 6. A message from Bowen says that the body of a man named Buchanan, who disappeared recently, was found in the Bowen River with a bullet wound in the back. Foul play is suspected, and black trackers are following tracks found near the scene of the murder.—Australian Press Association.
