THE MOTION OF NO-CONFIDENCE.

(Special to the “ Star.") WELLINGTON, December 5. The terms of the no-confidence amendment of which Sir Joseph Ward will give notice in the House to-day are:— “We deem it our duty to represent to ycur Excellency that your Excellency’s advisers do not possess the confidence of this House.” This amendment is identical with that moved against Sir Joseph Ward by the late Prime Minister, Mr Massey, in 1912.
