ELDERLY MAN COLLAPSES AND DIES SUDDENLY.
An elders man, named H. Cant, of Vernon Terrace, St Martins, collapsed in the city this morning, shortly after eleven o’clock, and died suddenly. Deceased was talking to an acquaintance, Arthur John Taylor, outside the National Electric Company, 150, High Street, when he collapsed. Dr Pairman, who was called, said that death was apparently due to heart failure. It is considered improbable that an inquest will be held.
