Dutch Air Liner Flies To Java And Back With £1666 In Mails.

THE Royal Dutch air liner flew to Java and back, returning with 700 pounds of mail matter, the postage on which amounted to £1666. The liner took ten days for the return journey, demonstrating the profitableness of the service, if larger machines were employed.—Australian Press Association.
