RUMANIA TO ADMIT FOREIGN CAPITAL.

BRATIANO’S BARRIERS TO BE TAKEN DOWN. (United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received November 16, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, November 15 It is learned from Bucharest that the Maniu Government has decided to remove the barriers raised by M. Bratiano against the introduction of foreign capital. The diplomatic correspondent of the “ Daily Telegraph ” hopes that the removal of these barriers will result in the extension of the oilfields as well as banking and railways, pointing out that Rumania is so rich in natural resources that the influx of foreign capital is likely to be fairly rapid.—Australian Press Association.
