Li itish trade returns show that iraP?J?JT reased £13,731,000, exports £4,002,000, and re-exports £1,198,000. The principal decreases were:— IMPORTS. Grain and flour £2,239,000. Food and drink (non-dutlable), £2,768,000; (dutiable), £2,875,000. Raw cotton £2,261,000. Rubber £1,159,000. Iron and steel manufactures £816,000. EXPORTS. Iron and steel manufactures £1,507,000. Cotton manufactures £1,923,000. Coal £516,000. The principal increases were:— IMPORTS. Oils and fats £875,000. EXPORTS. Vehicles, £3,632,ooo.—Australian Pres 3 Association. New Zealand Heat in London. The New. Zealand Meat Producers Board'has been advised by its London manager that the following retail prices are being quoted for New Zealand lamb and mutton retailed in London on October s: New Zealand lamb—Legs 16d, shoulders 15d, loins 14d, necks 9d, breasts 6d per lb. New Zealand mutton (wether) —Legs 12d, shoulders 10d, loins lOd, necks Bd, breasts 4d per lb.
