THE HALF-HANDKERCHIEF.
BORDERED ON BOTH SIDES. Among the new kerchief scarves, perhaps the prettiest and easiest to adjust is the “half-handkerchief,” a single thickness of fabric, cut so that it can be worn and tied without any folding beforehand. It is usually of spotted silk, with a contrasting coloured border, printed on both sides.
