The annual meeting- of Unlimited , Charities Was held, last evening, Mr \V. , E. D. Bishop presiding over a good attendance. , In moving the adoption of the. report and balance-sheet, Mr Bishop said that , the society had enjoyed another very : successful year. Members would be { delighted to hear, said Mr Bishop, that ; the profit made at the last pantomime was £491 14s Bd, and of that sum £450 1 was allocated to the different orphanages and the Nurse Maude Nursing [ Association. Mr Bishop said that the ; profit was eminently satisfactory and the thanks of the society were due to all members who took part in the pantomime. The report and balancesheet were adopted. It was decided to produce a pantomime during the ensiling year. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £92 16s. The following officers were elected:— President, Sir R. Heaton Rhodes: vicepresidents, Messrs W. E. D. Bishop, G. Rhodes, R. A. Horne and T. Chapman; committee. Major Ashworth, Messrs R. J. G. Collins, C. Collins, L. E. Vornafsoni, R. J. Hobbs, C. Throp, J. P. Whatman, R. Nottingham and A. W. Brown; honorary solicitor, Mr J. H. Rhodes; honorary auditor. Mr E. H. S. Hamilton; honorary secretary and treasurer, Mr W. H. Nicholls.
