In an undefended divorce suit today, John Arthur Conway M’Cormack was granted a decree nisi against his wife, Winifred Adelaide Blanche M’Cormack, with whom Ernest Smith was cited as co-respondent. The couple married in England in 1918, and, on corning to the Dominion, settled at, Oka.ihau (Northland). There were two children of the marriage. Respondent left petitioner in October, 1922. Suspecting her of misconduct with Smith, petitioner traced the couple to Westport last year. His wife wrote a letter read in Court, that she and co-respon-dent had three children, triplets. A photo had appeared in an illustrated newspaper and was produced to-day c.s an exhibit.

Mr Justice Reed said that he had sufficient evidence to grant the decree.
