FIGURES SPEAK FOR SUCCESS OF SHOW.

PUBLIC GIVE ÜBERAL SUPPORT THIS WEEK. In its seventh day, the Winter Show has been a marked success statistically, as well as in other respects. Some 25,000 people have paid for admission, and every day there has been, in addition, an average attendance of several hundred with complimentary tickets. Following are the numbers who paid for admission:— Adults • 21,426 Children 3,541 Total 24,965 The position as far as attendance is concerned is as good as at the Winter Show last year, with a day in hand. The figures prove that the public are giving more liberal patronage than they gave last year. The second week last year was a very good one; it should be better this year.
