Following: notification of General Chang Tso-lin’s death, his son declares he will spend his father’s fortune of 10.000,000 dollars in promoting the advancement of education in the three eastern provinces. He desires peace with the Nationalists on terms of equality and, in resuming foreign relations, he desires the abrogation of unequal treaties.
