May 21 The “Athletic News.” discussing the selection of a wicket-keeper for England’s Australian tour, says that he must, be picked solely for wicket-keep-ing, and suggests the Lancastrian Duckworth, than whom there are not two, if any, better keepers in English cricket to-day.—Australian Press Association.
