Times’’ says that a youth in the village of Pasanant, in the province of Tarragon, children to come to the fields to watch him shooting pigeons. He shot seven children dead with a double-barrelled shotgun, and killed eight en route to the village, where he shot a woman dead, wounded another, and then slew her with an axe. He wounded five more and fled, pursued by the police. He has not been captured.—-“ Times” Cables.
