AUCKLAND WANTS STATE AID FOR ITS MUSEUM.

(Special to the “Star.”) AUCKLAND, May 22. The distribution of population in New Zealand is such that a number of museums is a natural development and the State would not do its full duty if it ebneentrated its contributions on one institution in the capital.
