At Chicago Mrs Myrtle Huddleston at ten o’clock on Sunday night completed a swim of 47 hours without rest, thus breaking the endurance record fof men and women. She went on till early on Monday and brought the time up to 50 hours 10 minutes 15 4-sth seconds. —Australian Press Association.
