MRS MALING FILES PETITION IN DIVORCE.

Mrs Olive Maling is petitioning for divorce from Silas Maling, whose City Council electricity department activities a Ro3>-al Commission is inquiring into. A copy of the petition has also been served upon Mrs Pittock, who was mentioned in evidence before the Royal Commission on Friday.—Australian Press Association.
