BARRY DECLINES GOODSELL'S OFFER.

Barry has cabled Major Goodsell declining his offer of 2509 dollars and expenses for a race at Salt Lake City. Barry states that he is willing to defend the title at Putney Mortlake, but is unlikely to entertain the offer to row Burns in Australia. —Australian Press Association.
