Howard, Mir., has received the following telegram from the Minuter of Education (the Hon R A Wright) :—“ 1 have pleasure in advi<ing you that I have approved of y grant equal to one-third cost of installing hot water heating in the brick school at Addington, the board and the committee finding the balance. I have also approved of a grant for the erection of two shelter sheds at Waltham School.’
