MOSCOW MAY HELP INDIAN STRIKE.

Pratt, the Communist, interviewed by a representative Englishman. declared himself strongly in favour of the general strike if possible, but said that this would need much propaganda. Help from Moscow was probable. Mitra, secretary of the Railway Union, threatened that unless the strike was settled w'ithin the next few days there would be general strikes in Calcutta and Howrah. —Australian Press Association.
