Scarlet Fever Cases in Four Months Equal Annual Average in Previous Years.
NO INFANTILE PARALYSIS CASES NOTIFIED IN WEEK ENDED TO-DAY.
THAT four months of the present year iiad seen as many cases of scarlet fever as the average for the twelve months of all vears for a considerable time past, was a statement made to-day by Dr T. Fletcher Telford, health officer for the Canterbury and West Coast district.
