The attention of the public is drawn to the withdrawal after April 30 of the second express from Invercargill on Wednesdays and Fridays. The effect of this will be that subsequent to April 30 the Maori will be despatched from Lyttelton to Wellington on Wednesdays and Fridays after the arrival of the 6.50 pm. local passenger train from Christchurch to Lyttelton wharf. On these nights the 7.30 p.m. train will not run.
