The C. and D. steamer Port Victor is to be dispatched to-day for London, via Montevideo. Breeze is due to-morrow from the north and is to sail in the afternoon with cargo for Dunedin and Timaru. Walpiata arrived here to-day from the south to continue loading for Auckland. She is to sail to-morrow. Kahika should arrive on Sunday from Dunedin and Timaru. She loads for Napier and Gisborne and sails via Wellington. Holmdale is expected on Tuesday from Dunedin and Timaru. She is to sail in the afternoon with cargo for Wellington and Wanganui. The auxiliary scow Echo is due here on Sunday from Blenheim. She is to load on 3ionday for the return trip. Tees should arrive on Sunday from Greymouth via Wellington. She is to sail on 3ionday afternoon for the Ghathams, calling at Waitangi, Kaingaroa, Pitt Island and Owenga. Cygnet should arrive to-night from Kaikoura and Wellington. She is to sail to-morrow night on the return trip. Calm, due on Sunday from Bluff, Dunedin and Timaru, loads on 31onday for Wellington and Wanganui. John is timed to load at Lyttelton on Thursday next for New Plymouth and Waikato. The A. and A. Line steamer Newby Hall arrived yesterday morning from Wellington to discharge New York cargo. She sails this afternoon for Dunedin. Somerset was an arrival yesterday morning from Bluff. She is loading for London and sails early next week tor Timaru to continue loading. Corinna is timed to load here on Tuesday for Nelson and New Plymouth. Cowden Law sailed last evening for New Plymouth to continue discharge of her cargo of sulphur. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s new motor ship Zealandic, is due to arrive at on Friday next from Newcastle-on-Tyne. Sussex from Calcutta via North Island ports, is expected here on May 18. Having left San Pedro on April 4, the Vacuum Oil Company's tanker Voco is expected at Auckland this week. The vessel has a full cargo of bulk oil fuel for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Voco is a new vessel, and was built at Lithgows, Limited, Port Glasgow. This is her second voyage, her first voyage being to Australia. Like the tankers Plume and Pulpit Point, the Voco has been specially constructed for the Vacuum Company’s service to New Zealand and Australia. On her trials the Voco attained a mean speed of 12 knots. lonic is expected here to-morrow from Wellington to load for London. ALTERATIONS TO THE OLYMPIC. The White Star liner Olympic was a changed vessel when she left on her first voyage after her winter overhaul. The whole of her third-class accommodation has been altered, and tourist and third-class quarters installed. One-third of the former second-class dining saloon has been partitioned off to form the main tourist third-class dining saloon, and there is an auxiliary diningroom adjoining, which will be used when the vessel’s tourist accommodation, which is for 530 persons, is fully booked. The cabins, many of which are arranged for two persons, are much larger than might be expected for tourist passengers. The third-class quarters, as a result of the new tourist accommodation aft., have been removed forward and greatly improved.
