CAR AND BUS COLLIDE ON MAIN SOUTH ROAD.

A collision between the SockburnTempleton bus, driven by Mr Whitley, and a car driven by Mr Behan, employed by Farmers, Graziers, Ltd., of Christchurch, occurred on the Main South Road at Islington on Tuesday night. The bus was turning into Halswell Junction Road, Islington, when the smash occurred. Both vehicles were badly damaged, but nobody was hurt.
