DR BRADSHAW WILL GIVE ORGAN RECITALS.
Dr Bradshaw will give organ recitals at the Cathedral on the next two Thursdays at 8 o’clock. This evening the following programme, in memoriam, Anzac. April 25, 1915, will be played:— Prelude and Fugue in E Minor (Bach); Funeral March on the Death of a Hero (Beethoven) ; Lament, “Flowers of the Forest.” 17th Century Scottish melody (arranged by Bridge) ; Piece lieroique (Cesar Franck); Requiem Aeternam (Harwood) ; Overture for Full Orchestra, “In Memoriam” (Sullivan); Solemn Melody (Walford Davies)' Air “I Know that My Redeemer Liveth” (Handel); Military March, “Pomp and Circumstance’’ (Elgar).
