TIMBER WORKERS CLAIM INCREASED WAGES
(Special to the “Star.”) GREYMOUTH, April 26. The union desired a £5 10s minimum, but the employers would not agree to increase the present minimum of 15s a day. An agreement was reached on the conditions of work.
