People boasting of "My friend the Minister” in order to impress their neighbours socially may find themselves in the hands of the police, under the latest Fascist ban, aiming at suppressing snobbery in Italy, The Minister of the Interior circularises prefects that they are to take energetic measures against all who. in order to advance their own questionable ends, boast of friendship, acquaintance or relationship with persons in positions of public importance, or members of the Government, or high Fascist authorities. —Australian Press Association.
