BUSHMAN SUFFERS BAD ACCIDENT.
Per Press Association. TAUMARUNUI, March 8. James William Thornton, single, for-ty-seven, a bushman, had his right arm and several ribs fractured owing to a winch rope breaking and striking him. He was removed to the hospital, and is progressing favourably.
