MR A. H. PARFITT TO COME TO CHRISTCHURCH. (Special to the “ Star.”) WELLINGTON, March 7. Mr A. 11. Parfitt, Registrar of Pensions at .Timaru, has been promoted to Registrar of Pensions at Christchurch. Mr G. A. M'Gregor, acting registrar . at Christchurch for the past twelve months, has been promoted registrarat Timaru. Mr P. A. Keddell, who was registrar at Christchurch for many years, has retired owing to ill health.
