PROPERTY MARKET. KOLMAR ESTATE SUBDIVISION Four farms of the five forming the subdivision of the Kolmar Instate, at Lyndhurst. which comprises 1700 acres and is owned by Mr Denis M’Kendry, were offered at auction by Pyne, Gould, Guinness, Ltd., at Ashburton on Friday, before a large attendance. All the farms were passed in. For Lot 2. of 4 10 acres 3 roods 27 perches, a bid of £ll 10s was received, and up to £l4 was bid for Lot 3, comprising 267 acres 2 roods 17 perches. The farm on which the homestead is located was not offered.
