Miss Maude Royden, •who will shortly tour the world, including Australia and New Zealand, was given a luncheon by the British Commonwealth League. She said that she was anxious to discover how Australian and New Zealand women had exercised the political power, which they had possessed much longer than English women. She had been informed that they had done very little with it., although the reduction in New Zealand’s infant mortality was due to the« women.
