TRADE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE AFFECTED. B> Telegraph.— Press Assn.—Copyright. Aun. and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received December 17. 8.35 am.) LONDON. December 16. The Minister of Labour has circularised the local education authorities, stating that as a result of a low birthrate during the war which will become apparent in 193-3. it is computed that juveniles in employment arc likely to fall from the present 2.175.000 to 1,756,000. This decline of eighteen per cent in six years must hinder the revival of the development of trade.
