The Labour Party intend opening their campaign for the Tramway Board election on Thursday evening next, November 15. at 7.30‘ The meeting will be held in Sydenham Park and the Mayor (Mr Archer) will preside. A helpers' meeting will be held in the Trades Hall on Monday evening.
