MANY LIVES LOST; RESERVOIR BURSTS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received November 5, 2.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 4. An unconfirmed report from White River Junction, Vermont, states that between 137 and 212 lives were lost following the collapse of a large reservoir in Montepelier, the State capital, which is completely isolated. Many sections of the New England States are flooded by torrential rains.
