AMBERLEY CLUB.

The semi-finals of the club championships have now been played, with the following results:— Seniors—W. A. Parsons beat C. W. Browne, J. A. Mayo beat O. A- Y. JolmJuniors—J. H. James beat L. Rhodes (by default), J. V. Oxley beat W. 13. Wood. The finals are to be played on or before September IS. In the play-off for the Happy Valley Cup, J. V. Oxley beat J. H. James.
