The semi-finals of the club championships have now been played, with the following results:— Seniors—W. A. Parsons beat C. W. Browne, J. A. Mayo beat O. A- Y. JolmJuniors—J. H. James beat L. Rhodes (by default), J. V. Oxley beat W. 13. Wood. The finals are to be played on or before September IS. In the play-off for the Happy Valley Cup, J. V. Oxley beat J. H. James. In the September medal round, played concurrently with the fifth round of the Campbell Rose Bowl on Saturday, the results were:—
