DISBURSED 9,741,000 DOLLARS IN 1926 FOR WORLD HEALTH.
j By Telegraph.—Press —Copyright. ' Aus. and K.2. ('able Association. NEW YORK, June 22 It is announced that the Rockefeller Foundation disbursed 9.741.000 dollars in 1926 for promoting world health. The principal work was aiding the growth of fourteen medical colleges in ten different countries. Other undertakings included a hookworm campaign in many parts of the world, a yellow fever campaign in South America, and an anti-tubercu-losis campaign in France. The announcement stresses the fact that the Foundation has had an invaluable opportunity to aid British undertakings, all the way from London and Edinburgh to Mong Kong and Sydney.
