CHILDREN’S SUPPLEMENT PROVES VERY POPULAR.

The increasing demand for Wednesday's “ Star ” has exceeded even the most sanguine expectations of the publisher. A consequence has been that a number of subscribers were disappointed yesterday in not getting the children’s comic supplement. Steps have been taken to prevent a recurrence of this, but it is still desirable that orders should be lodged earlier so that a last-minute rush may not lead to any disappointment.
