MANY NEWSPAPER AND RACING MEN ATTEND MR J. R. OLLIVER’S FUNERAL

The funeral of the late Mr John R. Olliver (editor of the “New Zealand Referee”) took place yesterday afternoon, leaving his late residence, 70, Edward Avenue, St Albans, for the place of interment in the Bromley Cemetery. Prior to departure from the house, a brief service was conducted by the Rev S. J. Werren, who also officiated at the graveside. The pall-bearers were: Messrs M. C. Keane (editor df the “Press"), A.
