Munro, one of the leading Australian jockeys, was disqualified for twelve months by the Jockey Club stipendiary stewards for improper conduct in connection with the running of the horse Son Gift at the Canterbury Park meeting on Saturday. The horse and the trainer, S. B. Kelly, were disqualified for a similar period.
