It was announced in London lately that Mr Charles Bagge Penn, a stockbroker, who died on January 9 last, aged sixty-nine, left estate valued £44.523, with net personalty £44,643. Mr Penn bequeathed the whole of the property to his manservant, Frederick Rolph. Mr Rolph is an ex-naval man and retired as a chief petty officer.
